I have been trying to find out what happened Martha CONWAY. Martha is supposed to have been born in Sandhurst and married a James HACKETT in 1884. They had 3 children of which 2 survived James and Thomas. Catherine died in Sandhurst in 1889 at age 8 mths and her mother is shown as Cath Conway. I have been unable to find out what happend to Martha after this as there doesn't seem to be a death for a Martha Hackett nee Conway. James HACKETT died in 1941 in Ballarat but he could be buried in Greendale Cemetery with other family members. I have searched the E/Rolls and there is no Cath or Martha living with a James Hackett but there is evidence James could have married again. So what happened Martha? Can anyone help?
