I have a John Morrow married to a Rosina (Rose) Beatrice Todd (M 24/2/1897 - Certificate held). I had John as born 11/11/1865 Ballarat Reg'n No. 596 With parents Henry Morrow and Mary Letitia Clarke BUT.... with the marriage certificate now to hand, it states parents as "George Morrow and Mary Ann Oates" and his calculated d.o.b. would be 1874. My records show that John had a brother George b 1855 and died 1873 so perhaps this George is my John's father. I do not have a spouse for George. (I have a Mary Ann Oates in the database but she was born 1871). The database has John died 31/5/1929 but no place, Reg'n No. shown as Vol 512, Page 293. And Rosina as died 13/4/1965 no place or Reg'n details. Questions- Can someone provide details of a John Morrow born to George Morrow & Mary Ann Oates about 1873/1874, Suggestions where John and Rosina died (I suspect it may be in South Australia, perhaps Kadina / Wallaroo mines etc (he was a miner) Are the details I have of a John born 1865 correct, and was it this John that died 1929 or the John born (I suspect) 1873/1874.
