Dear List I have a bit of a mystery with Geraldina May HENERY born 7 May 1894 Reg 11328/1894. According to her birth certificate, Geraldina was the child of Thomas Henerery, Mining Manager born Nottingham and Victoria Henery, nee Thompson born Castlemaine. I believe her parents were actually Tom Henry BOSWORTH born Nottingham and Hannah Victoria, nee Thompson born Castlemaine. I can guess at a couple of reasons for the name changes. What I would really like to know is if Thomas Henery or Tom Henry Bosworth was employed as a mine manager in the area at that time. T H Bosworth had been involved with mines in Tasmania but he was also a fairly well known Professor Music and a composer. Can anyone help with records of mining companies etc. Also if there was any record of a marriage between the couple I would be most interested. Sharon I have spent ages looking at your T H Bosworth. Went into Trove, found about 100 articles, and read them all, knowing they MUST be a link. FOUND IT . He is very much written about as a musician, a composer, a dog show judge& exhibitor, then a music shop owner, then a music seller and stationer, plus the other entries about the mines.
