Hi Carole, The 1975 date fits. The letter I found in the envelope accompanying the material was dated November 1978, so I assume the Shire Secretary had a stock of them. I don't regard it as a booklet, however, as it is really foolscap sheets stapled in one corner. Might be worth another look at the SLV catalogue.
