I'll be travelling through Bairnsdale on Saturday. While there I'd really like to see where James and Ann Baulch are buried. I know they were buried there by their death certificates, but haven't been able to locate the locations. The GSV has headstone listings and a book with a map (which I've copied) but no mention of either James or Ann. I suspect this means they don't have a headstone. Has anyone on this list got access to cemetery registers for Bairnsdale? The people I'm looking for are James Baulch, died 7 May 1923, buried 9 May 1923 and his wife Ann Baulch died 6 March 1932, buried 7 March 1932. Ann's will specified that she wanted a fence around their grave. I'd like to see if it's there. Penny

Hi Penny Both James and Ann buried in COE, Section 10, of the Bairnsdale Cemetery. There is a plan of the cemetery layout on a notice board about half way in on the main road. Do you know how to get to the cemetery? the older of the tworobbos
