Hi Everyone, I am working my way through cataloguing the photographs in the Local Collection in the Maffra Library, and have come upon a set of 1939 photographs, said to be by an A.C. ROONEY, who appears to be a professional photographer. I know nothing about him. There is a Albert Ernest ROONEY who dies at Traralgon in 1985 aged 90 years.
