Hi everyone I have been given some family history information in which it has a part that reads: In 1958? Willie made headline news in the Melbourne Sun because he banked the family's money which was in excess of 1,000 pounds. Now this refers to William DUNBABIN who was living in Grantville. How on earth would I find out if there was any truth in the story, and what would be so unusual about banking !,000 pounds. I know it would be a fair amount of money back then, but not an astronomical amount. If anyone has any ideas I would be extremely grateful. Regards Joy Light
