Hi Walter, I knew that some of the Hasthorpe's ventured up north in 1905 after Jesse sold "Sledmere" in Tangil to his son Arthur and that his sons Milton, Reginald & Joseph went north with him. Victoria Lydia followed later to housekeep for them. I made a flying visit up north for a wedding in January this year & quite per chance stayed with friends in Kyogle. I was kicking myself for not having my bit's and pieces with me. That friend is now doing some cemetery hunting, with a camera, for me. How wonderful to make this offer of the diary notes, it will make a great addition to what I have.
