Hello List and Richard in particular, Not necessarily "off list" because I'm sure this craft subject was taught extensively in our school system. Richard, I was at Gardiner Central 1953-54 having come "up" from the primary school there. Like you, we girls went to Armadale for cookery and needlework; the boys for craftwork.
