Hi Di "Nuntin" ??? No Cornish miners around there then? Sorry about that - couldn't help myself. See you tomorrow. Viv No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition. Version: 7.5.503 / Virus Database: 269.15.33/1132 - Release Date: 15/11/2007 9:34 AM
Hi Everyone, Just to clarify - Anne is chasing is the old Stratford Station cemetery, which is in the Parish of Stratford. So when they surveyed the new cemetery, which was in the Parish of Nuntin, it was officially gazetted as the Nuntin Cemetery. I THINK it now has both Stratford and Nuntin on the gates, as people get confused looking for the Nuntin Cemetery (which is on all death certificates), and think that isn't it, as that is the Stratford Cemetery. For those who are now confused, the Nuntin Cemetery is the one on the left on the highway, after you go under the railway viaduct and head towards Sale. The Stratford Cemetery (ie the original one) is over near Weir's Crossing, on the Avon.
