Hi Marion, There is no index to the Maffra Spectator for the years mentioned. There is no real index at all, just random notes made by two researchers. The last one working on it is now up to 1914. The Maffra Spectator has been microfilmed to 1920. There is a copy at the Sale Library (I think, you need to check).
