Lorraine, try the Warragul Historical Society and Museum, this is situated on the South east corner of Queen St. and Smith St. intersection (roundabout). The historical society holds hard copies of several newspapers dating back to the early days of the township and surrounding area, they also have some microfilm of some papers, I think from the Neerim area, I think the Museum is open weekends, but once again, I am not sure. The West Gippsland Genealogical Society is on the net at http://home.vicnet.net.au/~wggs/ The Cemetary at Warragul has a person on duty on Monday's, also another day of the week, but can't remember which one.
