Dear List Members Could SKS please look up the birth of Rupurt CORIDAS for me? He was killed in WW1 as noted on the Gippsland site: "Coridas, Rupurt G. 23rd Batt died 28.7.1916 ........ Born Maffra". I do not know the age limits in Australia for military service but they should provide some guide as to his yob. All CORIDAS families come from one family who emigrated from Hesse to Tasmania so this person is a leaf of my tree. Rupurt will be from the Willhelm (William) Coridas branch and is probably William's grandson. Gail New Zealand
