Can anyone tell me anything about 'Hawthorn Bank Estate' which as I understand it was subdivided I know not when. 2. Is it possible that some one may have the list of purchasers at sub division time? Hawthorne Bank is situated on the East Pound Road area south of Yarram as far as I can tell. I would be greatful for any information please. Margaret ============================================== I have been fortunate to go to this place, and photograph it, execept I handed the photos over to the Senior Land Use Planner at Council, it is so significant. I will TRY and find the negatives at reprint. The first house is a lovely small wattle and daub, with a previously unknown corrugated iron over shingles. Lovingly cared-for by owners who cannot work out who built or owned the original. It is well off the road, and not something that you can just drive past, unfortunately.
