    3. Hi Dianne and other listers I wish I could join in the New Year's Muster, but it is a little too far to hitch a ride. When I think that, for thirty three years we lived in the Latrobe Valley, during which time I was too busy with hubby, children and work to take an interest in my family's history. After we moved up north and after both my parents died, I took up genealogy for a hobby and, of course, was well and truly bitten. I have found heaps of direct antecedents from Omeo (Sims), Beechworth (McHenry) and Myrtleford (Rath). Maybe one day I will be able to come to Omeo and wander through the cemeteries. I have quite a deal of information about my Richard SIMS, but it is not the same as seeing things. Good luck with your Muster. I hope the weather is kind and that you have heaps of interested and interesting people there.
