G'day. My great-grandparents Alma POOLE and Edward James KEPPLER were living on a dairy farm in Amey's Tk, Foster, when he died in 1930; the farm belonged to their son Ted, and his brother Tom was also in the area. When Ted Keppler left Foster soon after 1930 his mother stayed on for some time with her daughter Hazel and Hazel's husband Alan DENT, who owned the local garage. Does anyone have any knowledge of these families - photos, anecdotes or whatever - that might help me to build up a picture of their lives in Gippsland? There was also a farmhand called Jim McMAHON who was associated with the dairy farm: does this name ring any bells? Thanks. Fi
