Hi, I have a Andrew Elliott who was said to have arrived in the Gippsland area cir WW2. He was said to have arrived with his brother James. Andrew was said to have worked on the council in the Gippsland area, but I have been in touch with the council but they are unable to help as I don't know much more about them. Both have married James married Dorothy Douglas? & had 2 girls Elaine? & Valarie. Elaine was said to have married a Mr Tranter?. Andrew married Unknown & was said to have 2 daughters. All was supplied to me by a 85 yr old living in Tasmania so I am not quiet sure if correct or not. Can some one maybe give me clue as to what to do next, or if anyone can help me in this matter.
