Hi Julie, I cannot help you find these Trinca references, possibly someone from nearer to Warragul can. But Gippsland Heritage Journal No.19 has the following abstract from the Warragul Historical Soc. Newsletter: 'John Tranca: Sawmiller and builder'. Biography and commercial activities of Trinca, a sawmiller from the 1870s onwards. Details (and illustration) of a house built by him as a display home at 96 Albert St, Warragul. No.281 pp4-7 GHJ No.20 has the following abstracts: 'More on the Trincas' ..... includes an advertisement for a function at 'Trinca's Hall', Warragul. No.282 pp5-6. The story continues in No.285 pp6-8 with 'The Trinca House Again'. Hope this helps a little bit.
