    3. Dear Linda, my ESPIE family lived in Russells Creek, Tangil, Hill End, etc, areas in 19th century. Is this considered part of WEST Gipplsland? Pardon my ignorance, but I am not sure where the "boundaries" are. If they qualify, could you please send me the Gippsland Gen. Soc. web page URL please, so I can download the registration sheet. I seem not to have kept it for some reason.
