    3. Jan, I am disappointed to hear that Maxi still has its problems. Twelve months ago I ventured in to that site and I thought it was fantastic until I clicked on the wrong button by mistake and couldn't return to the previous page - it gobbled up my money as well. The good news part is that I sent an email regarding the problem to the contact person and received an almost instant reply. Then, surprise, surprise, about four months later a letter arrived from the Justice Department (a bit scarey) and in it was a cheque refunding the $8.50 I'd 'lost'. So my suggestion is that you email an explanation of what has happened - and then be patient. I figure that if Maxi gets enough feedback that one day they will fix the problem but if people just accept they've lost the money why bother...... a good revenue earner! I was very polite and said how much help the site was because I really do think it has great promise - if only they'd get it right with the credit card bit!
