The Clem de Garis Susie mentioned must be a descendant. Just not sure who. I looked up the catalogue of Mildura library seeing as the family had a strong connection there and found a number of references including a history of the de Garis family in Australia. I though I would check the State Library catalogue to see if they had it - they don't. But they do have a pamphlet called "Credit Crusade". ( 1 page folded, according to the catalogue) Finally!
