Hi , I hope you haven't taken any action on this, it is a HOAX the file "jdbgmgr.exe is a part of Windows, something to do with your computers ability to handl long file names, I believe. If you have removed it, I think you can find out how to replace it by going to this site http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/vinfodb.html then select the letter "J" from the alphabetical list, this will take you to a list of viruses that start with J, scroll down and you will find that it is listed as "jbdgmgr.exe hoax" Hope this helps.
