Hi Don, One suggestion is that the first child was not registered within the required time, and the parents fabricated a later birth date to avoid the fuss/fines applicable. A clue to this would be if the first child was listed as 'not present'. It would be a dead giveaway if the child was present but say walking! Have you checked out the first child's death age to see if it corresponds with an earlier birth date? best wishes, Jenny
