Hello Eric, Thanks for your reply. My information is that Elizabeth Sproule married James Gubby in 1857, he subsequently died in 1887. Elizabeth did not remarry and she died in 1888. Mary Gubby (James and Elizabeth's daughter married Henry Hodge). Frances Liomin is the mystery woman, she appears to have married twice, although this wasn't recorded in the "Hodge Memorandum", which is the book I think you are talking about.
