    3. Hi Wendy, It's interesting that all the references are to St Andrew's Private School and no official reference to it being a Presbyterian School. Of course a name like St Andrew's infers Scottish sources, and there may have been religious classes but it was not a church school. And of course it doesn't fit in with Natalie's original question which was about a Wesleyan / Methodist School, however there is no doubt that the Wood sisters operated the private school called St Andrew's - the religion that may have been associated with the school is another question again. And it certainly appears that the Wood sisters ran it when your husband's sister went there - and most students know which school they went to and what they were taught (well some do! <vbg>).
