During the course of my research into the name HUMPHREYS I read the will of James HUMPHRIES, Cab Proprietor of Geelong dated 11.2.1899. He died 17.2.1899 leaving parts of his estate to his sisters Ellen and Ann HUMPRHIES and his daughter Ida Swanston HUMPHRIES. Witnesses were John W. EUSTACE, Solicitor & John Simeon LONGVILLE PRICE Clerk both of Yarra Street, Geelong. His house was located in Normanby Street, known as IRWIN'S Property. He had a farm in MOOLAP. If anyone has a connection to this man or interest in the will I typed a copy and would be happy to send. I have no connection to this man. Pam/Suzie are either of you interested in a copy for your archives?
