    3. Hi Patrick, The Indian Queen arrived 31 January 1855 (from Liverpool) but in Melbourne and Pat was quite specific in saying that the ship she was after arrived in Portland. If it wasn't specifically Portland, then you could add to the list the Indian Queen, the India (arrived Melbourne with passengers 2 June 1855 from Hong Kong), the Indian Ocean (arrived Melbourne with passengers 31 December 1855 from Liverpool) or even the Indus which used to sail between Melbourne and Newcastle (NSW) and arrived several times in 1855.
