Robert GRANT and Elizabeth, nee LEES, and their children, arrived on Europa in 1852 and worked at Golf Hill. They were buried at Teesdale. Children included: John GRANT m Agnes TURNBULL in Scotland 1847 Jane GRANT m John LAWLESS, Geelong Parish, 1853 Daniel GRANT m Magdalene TURNBULL, Geelong Parish, 1853 Elizabeth GRANT (details not known but died before 1880) Elspeth GRANT m Douglas BELL, Geelong Parish, 1853 William GRANT m Sarah CHAPMAN, The Leigh, 1862 Margaret GRANT m Arthur Gideon SCOTT, Geelong Parish, 1853 Georgina GRANT m William Clouston LOUTTIT, 1869 Robert GRANT (details not know) Richard GRANT m Amy Elizabeth SQUIRES, 1872 Ellen Richardson GRANT m William SQUIRES, 1873 Many of the above stayed in the Shelford, Inverleigh, Rokewood, Cressy, Meredith etc areas.
