However there are 3 discrepancies which I have noted and referred to the Trust authorities for investigation, and possible confirmation by checking of the actual plaques etc. As they relate to an extended family which was involved with Geelong at one time, I am detailing them for anyone on this list with an interest. John W (NSW) 1) Alexander Glaysher, age 27 bur 6-11-1896 Ref (Cemetery ref 9648) (BDM ref 15269) This is in fact a female, AlexanDRA Glaysher (nee Arnold), first wife of Percy Charles Glaysher) 2) Alexander M Glaysher, age 13 months, buried 1896 (Cemetery ref 7747) (BDM ref 7747) This is in fact a female, AlexanDRA May, (daughter of the above) 3) There is an entry for Glaysher with no details other than the niche number. Boyd Chapel, Court Niche, Section A, Niche 324. As it is next to Eliza Jane Glaysher (nee Oliver, second wife of Percy Charles above) in niche 325, It could reasonably be assumed that it is in fact Percy Charles Glaysher, b.1862 London, d.1944 Elwood, age 82, parents Jno Glaysher/Martha Jacobs (BDM record10627). He has not been located anywhere else to date
