Hi Marion Elizabeth name was mentioned by a Witness details below It was about Jeanette Stewart Alias Scotch Bella for Vagrancy Robbery 3rd Jan 1866 charged with H Leggett Sam Woodall and Mr & Mrs James & Jane Beard with robbing Thomas Costello at Beards public house of 18 pounds, 2 gold keepers, gold earings and about 20 other rings. On the 9th Jan 1866 Mary Riley gave evidence that she was in the bar at the time and did not see anyone interfere with Costello. Jeanette Stewart was not in the bar at the time. The rings produced were from a Mrs Elizabeth Stainsby who Jeanette Stewart had left with her possession over a week ago and had not came back for them.
