Hi Grahame, Here are my two from Oxfordshire, father and son John & Reuben BUTLER who relieved a farmer of 1/6 worth of hay (perhaps for family bedding?). Reuben was the oldest surviving son of John BUTLER & Mary BALDWIN. The youngest was 1 yr old when they were transported - hope this helps, Rosalyn "Fich. No. D0050. Refernece No. to family C039662. Father. JOHN - Born Stoke Lyne, Oxfordshire, England to Mathias and Ann BUTLER in 1774. Sent out to NSW as a convict on the ship "Prince Regent", arrived Sydney 27th Sept 1827. Census 1828 - He was 54 yrs, worked for A.A.Co Port Stephens. Reuban 21.11.1802 (Actually date of his christening) - son - Sent out to NSW as a convict on the same ship as father. Census 1828. Age 21. Worked as ploughman for John Blaxland at Patrick's Plains, near Broke.
