Hello again Robyn I forgot to mention my William Stewart b 1815 son of William Stewart & Jean Cruickshank was baptised at the Manse of Forglen, Banff and also his marriage to Helen Grant was shown as Forglen & Rathven, Banff. William Snr b 1785 was baptised "In Ryland" at Alvah, Banff and married to Jean at Forglen, Banff. So my Stewart/Stuart ancestors were mainly from Banff.
