Alwynne, That sounds like the right place. I'm transcribing Walcott 1861 & it seems to be all 3 & 4 story terraces with tenants ranging from Doctors to laborers with a mob of kids. I found a pickie at <http://www.art.com/asp/sp-asp/_/PD--12263468/SP--A/IGID--1640754/Axford_and_Parag....> I googled Axford building Walcott uk. It's under art.com it's a Giclee print by John Nattes item #12263468A. Not a very inviting place but I don't suppose they had much choice then. Good reason to come over here. Cheers.
