Today saw 150 years of community service for the Rothwell (Little River) Cemetery Trust. Eighty three people turned up at the cemetery for an historical walk, guided by Sandra Richmond, followed by the launch of the "History of Rothwell Cemetery" along with the reprint of another local history book "Little River - A Place to Remember' by Frank Shaw, and a magnificent country cooked afternoon tea back at the Little River Mechanics Institute! This event was presented by the Little River Historical Society and the Cemetery Trust and both should be congratulated for the day and the excellent condition and care they take of their cemetery.
