    3. Hi Pauline, Can you give us a name? Also, it wouldn't have been a birth certificate in that year but a church baptism register. Do you have a copy of the original? Can you email it direct to me and I can see if I recognise the place? Regards ............. My great grandfather’s birth certificate from 1841 says ‘Bilenan near Geelong ’, so here's hoping. Regards from Pauline

    3. Daryl, found your reference in the NLA: http://newspapers.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/2073763?searchTerm=moderator+geelong+euroa+palmer The corrected transcription reads "Mrs. A. C. Palmer, who is leaving Euroa for Geelong, has sold her residence, Hessle, for £1,600 to Mr. James Hoare. -The Moderator of the Presbyterian Church for Victoria (the Rev. J Crockett)accompanied by Mrs Crockett visited Euroa......" This is two separate items. No mention of Bilenan regards Robyn ----- Original Message ----- From: "Daryl" <Dasha_m@tpg.com.au> To: <aus-vic-geelong-district@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, November 04, 2009 7:52 PM Subject: Re: [GEELONG] Bilenan near Geelong >i don't know if this helps Susie > i found this artical > its a bit broken and old but it might give you a clue for Pauline > > bourne - Mrs. A.
