My source has AYREY at longitude 143.8 and latitude 38.3. My calculations are that would be about half way between Colac and Winchelsea near or on the highway. Perhaps a Colac or Winchelsea local may know more. It a while since I've been through there. Hi Was wondering if anyone can help me find what happened to Oscar Ray Smith, born Fitzroy South in 1904. I have looked through marriages and deaths but could not track him down. Also his sister Vera Victoria Francis Smith, born 1895. She married George Henry Cameron Cox 1937, but I have not been able to find when she died. The parents of both of these were Oscar Victor Smith and Mary Collins. Dennis Schinkel

Thanks Daryl The Gladstone Consort Smith and Alice May Skidmore are the parents. I'm in Townsville and went to the Library this morning and they only have records to 1888, so your information is most helpful. I know when Marshall died is there any chance of your checking when Edna died? Thanks again. I found that as well, but discounted as it was the son. You will find him on the Electoral Rolls - I don't have a sub, but the listing comes up on Google - seach "Marshall James Neal McGuire" Have you tried looking for Marshall, Snr., death under Maguire? Cheers Barbara
