    3. Hi List, Happy New Year. I am re-listing my interest in Caleb & Serena Day, who arrived on the Great Tasmania ~1863. They married in England not long before they left on their great adventure. I have basic BDM information on their children, but seeking background information. They moved to Sydney, and somehow my ggrandmother, Minnie Eliza Gertrude Day, ended up in Dungog, NSW and married William Edward Muddle in 1888. Caleb returned to Geelong at some stage and died there. Any information would help, as I have nothing other than basic information in Caleb, Serena or Minnie Eliza's siblings. Many thanks in advance. The Geelong Cornish was produced by the Geelong Family History Group - I know they are low on some copies of their various publications but this one is still on their publication list so you should be able to buy it from them. 2. Carollyn Williams
    3. Adrian Marshall St, Newtown (Chilwell) still exits (try Melb Melways map 228A depending on you edition). There is a map (1840-51) in Gladys Seaton's book "Model Borough - an introduction to old Newtown and Chilwell" which shows the broad layout of the area. However the Geelong Historical Records Office have at least 1 map that I know of depicting Geelong in approx 1854 (and no doubt more). My ancestors lived in Sharp St, the next street north from Marshall. It is situated between Latrobe Tce and Pakington St and across from Kardinia Park. It tells about the Ship, its journey and the people on board who later settled the area near Colac which they called Larpent. Hope this helps Lexie Picken Colac
