This is my first time on the list & not very good at the geography of Australia, so bare with me if I'm at the wrong list. While in Galashiels, Scotland last week I came across grave for Catherine Elder married to Alexander Melrose. Their son William married Jane Slott Dobson, who died at Geelong Victoria 1926. William Melrose died at Geelong in 1947. Are there any family of the Melrose around? I'm researching the family name Elder. Any help welcome Bob Elder
