    3. Hi Marg, My question is actually for Neil. Where is your Andrews family from? My Andrews family came originally from Pewsey in Wiltshire. Associated surnames are Fox, Bodycoat, Payne, Aldous, Ward, Watts and Payne. Many wound up in the Woodstock, Epping, Wohlert area. One of the Andrews, Phoebe Jane, married a William George Payne, and they raised their family in Alexandra. 3. Mike, I am answering for Neil as he wouldn't have any idea where his family came from apart from his parents!! Neil's father and grandfather came from North Norwood and Birmingham areas. I haven't done a lot on them so far as it is a constant dead end. However we do know that our Andrews from his Grandfather down are running out of descendants to carry on the name. Only one is our grandson and he is the Navy currently involved in the Afghan thing as his his great great g/father before him!! Neil's grandparents were Arthur John Edwin Andrews and Jessie Edith Pounds born about 1875-1880. So sorry Mike, no joy on this one.
