The family: John WIGHTMAN b 1816 Co Down; married in Ireland; arrival in Vic not located; died 1884 on board ship while returning from a trip to England His wife: Anna Matilda KENNEDY b 1820 Co Down; Died 1898 Blackwood Their children: ** Anna Bella WIGHTMAN, b 1838 Co. Down; died 1896 Blackwood; married 1866 at Barrys Reef to Herman Freidrich WOLTER John WIGHTMAN b 1841 Co Down. Died before 1884. Not known if he came to Australia or whether or not he was married. Mary Kennedy WIGHTMAN b 1843 Co. Down; died 1925 Northcote, Vic. Arrival to Australia not found. Married 1862 at Kyneton, Alexander Gray THOMPSON ** Elizabeth WIGHTMAN b 1846 Co. Down, died 1867 Hotham. Married 1865 at Blackwood to Charles Peter John SHUDTZ ** Jane Annabella WIGHTMAN b 1848 Co. Down, died 1910 St. Leonards, NSW. Married (1) 1866 at Barrys Reef to John Thom DUNLOP. Married (2) Thomas James MOORE ** David James WIGHTMAN b 1850 Co. Down, died 1920 Yea.
