    3. Hello Andy and Listers, Here's the information I have on John Wilson, from the Obituary of my relative, James Crawford, in the Kyneton Guardian, 16 August 1898. "the same year ( 1853) he managed a farm situated where the Newmarket railway station now stands, for Mssrs Wilson and Bateman. Here he had charge of the two imported Clydesdale Stallions, King Robert Bruce and Wilson's Clyde....... In 1857, he leased from his old employer, Mr John Wilson, Wilson's Clyde, an imported Clydesdale, and brought him to Kyneton, gaining first prize at the show that year against another imported horse, Black Prince........." How reliable this information is, is unknown. His wife and son who had arrived in Victoria on 21/8/54 on the Morning Star, were still alive, so the information may be quite accurate, although the events happened 40 years before his death. While I'm at it, I'll list the coffin bearers "John, Hugh and James Archibold, W. Crawford, J. Anderson, and J.Orr and the pallbearers, H.J. Armstrong, J. Bailey, T. Milvain, F.E.Adamson, and J. Hobbs" Tom _________________________________________________________________ Hot chart ringtones and polyphonics. Go to http://ninemsn.com.au/mobilemania/default.asp
