This fellow, had two children to his first wife Eva JAMES, viz., Joseph Rupert and Freda Winifred. By 22 April, 1918 (Geelong Advertiser), he has had a third child, Dorothy BURR. This is his re-marriage (and he is still with this second wife on the 1931 electoral roll): Name: Joseph Burr Spouse: Emily Elizth Robinson Marriage: 1914 - Victoria So maybe, the fellow who married Ethel May COLLINS in 1915, was a bachelor.
