I am hoping sks my be able to find the birth record of the following person: MILLER, Raymond. Born abt 1947 Parents: Joseph Ernest MILLER and Agnes Jane MILLER (Nee MADDEN) Brothers and sisters many, but include Joan who was also adopted by the POWELL family. PROBLEM: Raymond MILLER was adopted by a family with the surname POWELL. He died circa 1961 or slightly later perhaps. I have found a burial at Fawkner Cemetery for a Raymond Norman POWELL aged 20 Reg No: 189790 Location PRT*A***1623 This could be our Raymond but need the birth record to see if his full name was Raymond Norton POWELL as in this death/burial record.
