I think that someone (the death informant) must have written in the surname incorrectly on the registration form, or the doctors death certificate, has had the surname spelt incorrectly. I make that assumption, because, as you can see from the Fawkner Cemetery record, three people are buried in the same grave, all from the same family, with three variations of the surname.
