Her age is quite different to age on marriage certificate. VIC BDM Index has the marriage 1902, not 1901. If they married in Oct 1902, and baby David is born Nov 1902, this might be reason for her giving elevated age 21yrs....under 21 and she would need consent. You need to get the birth certificate for David b. 1902. This certificate would list previous issue and he might not be first child born to mother Mary. If he is born at a residential address this address might lead to close Wilson/Williams family? Do you see this family on 1911 census Scotland. What age does it have for Mary? Who is the CARGILL son or daughter who goes to Australia (where?) and might have WILSON aunts, uncles and first cousins ....if Mary has siblings? What names does Mary CARGILL nee WILSON give to her children....might suggest what level of connection she has to her parents, John and Sarah Ann, but both very ordinary names.
