Parents Rameos and Katalina. National Archives appear to have information on these people, including men named Raymond TISLER. Steven (Stefan) appears to be from Hungary and arrived 1939, his papers have been digitised and can be read online. You may need to access the records at National Archives to go further, or atleast purchase Raymonds death cert to see if he also was born Hungary.
