After he jumped ship in Australia and then served his time for that , he did return to England and sought out his daughter, Patricia who had been sent there after her mothers death. He was a seaman opon his return to England. I am trying to help his grand daughter piece together what happened in Australia, she is the daughter of Patricia Johanna Scott , daughter of William Scott.
