Our new Court Records CDs 1837, 1838 and 1839 cover Victoria, as it was still part of NSW at the time, they may be of interest to some of the list members ...we also have released a CD for Deniliquin Court Records 1856 - 1875...check if your local family history have these records there were a few Victorian Family History Groups at the Deniliquin Genie Muster on the weekend and they have purchased the Cds. While indexing the Deniliquin Court Records we came across a marriage for a Joshua Sugden from Emerald Hill and also a birth certificate of Mary Ann Davis from Deniliquin sometimes mentioned as Davies....these were found in the packets for the court records....let me know if you are connected to these people.
