There are too many discrepancies. My Susan was born in Charlwood, Susannah in Suffolk. Prior to leaving for Australia, Susannah lived next door to her parents and siblings (recorded in the 1851 census). On that 1851 census, her mother is Sarah, not SusanŽs Mary and... this is really the key point... her sister Sarah is alive. SusanŽs sister Sarah died 2 weeks old in Charlwood in 1817. Susannah has a brother named Thomas, SusanŽs is Benjamin. The similarities between the families are there - John- farmer Dad, daughters Susan, Sarah, Mary all born about the right time - but ultimately, they are not the same family.
