Effie McEwan is my great grandmother, she had a daughter Edith May McPherson b.13.10 1904 in Carlton ,she was only 18yrs old. The father was James McPherson . Edith was raised we believe as his little sister by her grandmother and grandfather - we dont know when they told her but it does say on her marraige cert. that Effie and James are her parents. Effie was born in Caramut Vic. She returned there and later and at the age of 27 married Thomas Beard and had a further 3 children Lillian being one of them . Are You able to see my family tree on here? If so you can see all the info on there and check that it is correct .Effie died in Terang Vic . 1945 age 59yrs.Do you have a tree on here?
